One of my favourites is fairly common in Portugal: Tomato Jam. However, I decided to add a little twist to it: Walnuts.
The result was better than expected as I had never adventured myself in making jam.
After looking around for a recipe, I slightly adapted from several I found.
Also, to make sure the jam will keep for a year, I boiled the jars with the jam inside to properly seal the jars. Goodie, tomato Jam for a whole year (if we don't eat too much).
